Cancellations
Cancel any time. Cancellations stop future renewals and charges. They do not trigger refunds for past periods.
How cancellations work
If your plan renews automatically, you may cancel at any time before the next billing date and you won’t be charged again. Your existing license remains valid through the end of the paid term. After that, premium features tied to the plan may deactivate, and you can continue using any free functionality. Your projects remain on your machine — you don’t lose your work.
What cancellations are not
Cancellations do not retroactively refund previous payments. See the Refund Policy for details. If you want to move a license to a new device, use the “Deactivate this device” option in the app to free up the slot — this is separate from billing cancellation.
How to cancel
- Open your purchase receipt and follow the “Manage subscription” link, or
- Email billing@boundmi.com from your purchase email and we’ll help.
After cancellation
- Your key stays valid until the end of the current term.
- We keep minimal billing records for accounting and compliance.
- You can re-subscribe later without losing your projects.
